
Jennifer always wanted to become a multi-tasking celeb. Jennifer was a lover of many different styles of music as a kid, including Afro-Caribbean dances like merengue, salsa and the bachata. When she was an adult, her top genres were mainstream pop-hop, R&B, and hip-hop. Even though she was an avid music lover and film, the industry of cinema also interested her. West Side Story, a musical by Rita Moreno (1961), was the most influential film for her. At 5, Jennifer began taking singing and dancing lessons. Jennifer as well as being an entertainer and a Catholic schoolgirl, attended 8 years of Holy Family Catholic Middle School located in The Bronx. After a time of four years at the school, she was able to graduate from Preston High School, an all-girls prep school. Jennifer was a skilled athlete who was a part of track and field and tennis at school , was also an impressive student. Her entire life was upbringing in a two-story house located in the Castle Hill neighborhood. Jennifer left home when she turned 18 and moved in with her parents. Lopez started working for a legal firm during the day and took dancing jobs in the evening.
