Maureen Denise McCormick was born on the 5th August, 1956 at Woodland Hills, California, the sole daughter of Richard McCormick. Her parents were Richard and Irene McCormick. Her mother was at her home, and she was a aspiring stay-at-home-mom. Michael, Dennis and Kevin are her oldest brothers. McCormick is always a lover of dancing, singing and performing puppet shows. The fame-making fairytale of McCormick started when she won in the Baby Miss San Fernando Valley contest when she was six, which led to being contacted by Talent agent Pat Domigan of the Jack Wormser Agency, who asked if she would like to be in show business. McCormick was offered her first significant job in 1964, where she was the star of a television commercial for Mattel's latest doll "Baby Pattaburp."
